Jony Ive might be about to debut something properly new when next year’s iPhone model arrives, with patents suggesting Apple’s looking to Samsung and LG for inspiration in creating an iPhone with a wraparound display.
The news comes via Patently Apple, which discovered an Apple patent for a complex form of crystalline display, built by creating a flexible sapphire screen using liquid metal.
